refurbmonitor uses no trackers, shows no ads, shares nothing. Here is exactly what we store and how.
What we store
- Your email address (for sign-in codes and alerts)
- Your alerts: filter criteria, watched countries, email/digest choice
- Your active sessions (session cookie, valid 30 days)
That's it. No name, no phone number, no browsing history.
What we don't do
- No analytics tools (no Google Analytics, Plausible, Hotjar, nothing).
- No advertising cookies — just 3 functional cookies (session, language, country).
- No sharing with third parties, ever.
- No behavioural analysis, no tracking pixels.
How we use your email
- 6-digit sign-in code (OTP)
- Instant alert when a product matches your criteria
- Daily digest of new arrivals (only if you opted in)
No newsletter, no marketing.
Where your data is stored
On a dedicated server hosted in Europe. The only third party that sees your email is the SMTP provider used to send sign-in codes and alerts.
Your rights
- View your alerts: the "My alerts" page
- Unsubscribe from an alert: from your dashboard or via the link in each email
- Delete your account entirely: "Delete my account" button at the bottom of "My alerts"
Account deletion
When you delete your account, we immediately erase: your email, all alerts, all active sessions and all pending OTP codes. It's instant and irreversible.
